Peter G Clark

An Oregonian born and raised, Peter graduated from Lake Oswego High School and Oregon State University, with double degrees in Political Science & Business Administration. Corporate life soon came calling, and Peter quickly climbed the corporate ladder at Crown Zellerbach, eventually landing in San Francisco. His passion for real estate began to take shape, and within just a few years, he co-founded the highly reputable real estate brokerage Holly, Raynal & Clark (HRC), specializing in residential real estate and the restoration, management, and sale of historic income properties. With offices in San Francisco and Atlanta, HRC quickly earned a stellar reputation in the industry. After meeting the love of his life, Laurie, and a whirlwind courtship, they were married and the rest, as they say, is history. After they were blessed with son Alex, and daughter Katie, they realized that they wanted to provide them with the same opportunities for an idyllic childhood Peter enjoyed in Oregon. So, in 1988, the family packed their bags and moved back to the Portland area, settling in West Linn. In 1989, Peter joined Hasson Company Realtors and quickly established himself as a top-10 producer in the Lake Oswego office until his departure in 2005. After which, Peter made a significant investment, and played a critical role in establishing the Keller Williams Realty - Portland Premiere Market Center, with the philosophy that cultivating genuine relationships brings joy, support, and endless possibilities into the lives of agents, and the lives of his valued clients. This move allowed him to provide even more comprehensive and exceptional services to his growing clientele through unmatched global resources and access to one of the industry’s most recognized and innovative brands. If you ask his son Alex, Peter’s best business decision to-date was forming a partnership with him and creating The Clark Group at Keller Williams Portland Premiere. Peter agrees, and is proud of the business that they have created together. Individually they both had thriving careers, together they leveraged their individual strengths to take their client experience and productivity to the next level. A staple of the Portland area real estate scene for 35 years, Peter's exceptional market knowledge, impeccable integrity, and commitment to his clients have earned him a well-deserved reputation as a trusted expert in all aspects of real estate. Peter’s greatest joy is being ‘Papa’ to grandkids Summer, Lily, Carter, and Henry. He also loves mentoring new agents, is active in community service, is a passionate nature photographer, makes a killer margarita, and is a ride-or-die Oregon State Beavers fan.
