Nikki Allan

A seasoned real estate professional, Nikki has called Oregon home for most of her adult life. She met Peter Clark through a family connection, recognized a kindred spirit and launched her real estate career with The Clark Group in 1999. Nikki recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her, and strives every day to exceed their expectations, and provide her clients superior professional and personal service Nikki’s background includes several years of selling new construction homes for builder Polygon Northwest, and has also worked with other builders and brokerages in various Oregon and Washington markets as broker and Sales Manager. In 2014, Nikki was asked to join non-profit organization, Fabric of Life, as Director of Marketing, in Seattle. After a few years she decided to get back into real estate. She has now returned “home”, to The Clark Group,and we are thrilled to have her back! In her spare time, Nikki loves to travel. Be it visiting her children and grandchildren, family, friends, or exploring far flung destinations across the globe, travel fuels her insatiable sense of curiosity. Queen of all things domestic, Nikki is a passionate cook who can effortlessly whip up a delicious Mexican-inspired feast, or solve a home repair problem with equal expertise, leading loved ones to coin her “Martha Villa”.
